  1. Solution for saving

    I like to have a budget item for things I want to save monthly for—like a car, a new TV, a new bike, etc—and those items really aren't expenses. They're savings.

  2. Hierarchy Categories with Drag Drop functionality

    To make the categories a little more user friendly, I would love to be able to order them however I'd like (drag and drop).

    Also, to add to the organization, it would be nice to add sub categories—so for example, I could have the following:

    House
    - Kitchen Supplies
    - Toiletries
    - Repair and Fixup
    - Other

    Entertainment
    - Movies
    - Movie theater
    - Redbox
    - Netflix
    - Bowling League
    - Cardinal's Games

  3. Add categories from budget dropdown

    When creating my budget, it'd be nice to create a category right there on the fly—maybe by adding a "+ Add Category" option in the dropdown...

    my comments about the expense or income is gone once if i try to edit date or something. hope you can fix it.

  5. offer the posibility to merge wallets

    I currently have two wallets, @cash and @card.
    After six months of using CashBase I have realised that money being the same, transactions should be merged in one wallet (so I get rid of many transfers between card and cash and also a few between cash and card).

    Another solution would be to show the charts for both wallets in the same page - a single global chart.

  6. have Month tabs

    I often want to easy analyse how much did i spend last few months , or in last year( in future)... I can see no other way to easily access it.. everytime i have to go to Custom dates to find this data... This will be good to have functionality..

  7. update note after add a new transaction

    we can only add note when create a new transaction, but how about after saving, can we update the comments of this transaction?

  8. View All Wallets

    I think it would be great if there was a way to see all of the wallet amounts at once, like the previous version. I absolutely love the new changes, but I miss viewing everything at once, it gives me a better sense of where my money stands.

  9. Show amounts in charts

    It's OK to see the pertentages, but I also find useful to see the amounts. Something like "Bills, 15% (160 €)".

  10. Records that will show the balance at EOM or datewise

    As i maintain the wallet across months, the balance that is shown is the cumulative amount. But if i would like to know,what was my wallet balance during a particular date or at the end of previous month,i cant find it. it would be great if this feature is also incoprorated.

  12. Usual sources of income

    Just need to stick incomes and outgoings to/from customers.
    And need some comments to transfers. Not just a title.

    If we could to do that, we can transparently feel how much we have done and why we have got the money.

  13. Show currency symbol (web and android app)

    Is very weird can't see the curreny symbol in the web and android app, only the iphone app shows the currency symbol. My suggestion is fix this.

  14. The amount displayed in the wallet should not reflect future transactions.

    If I have an expense or income scheduled, lets say, a couple of days from now, it would be great to have some sort
    of a checkbox to choose between to having that transaction reflected in the amount displayed in the wallet or not.

  15. Loans

    There's no way that I can display a loan / some amount that I borrow from someone in Cash Base. It's both an expense and also a income.

    For an example, if I borrow 50 from someone, it gets added to my wallet as an income, but it's also an expense which I had to pay at the end of the month.

    It would be awesome to have this feature.

  16. make monthly balance also visible.

    the whole account balance is great to see at all times but i would also like to see the monthly balance (i.e. the current months income - the current month's expenditure)

  18. Android app should display transactions in full list view.

    The Income and expense are divided on the page. There is a lot of wasted space. Could you make the transactions more like a ledger? Sorted by date, both income and expense stacked so as to use the entire width of the page. Not side to side. Maybe you can make it look like a check book ledger. Date, Payee, Amount, Memo, Category. Color shading in the ledger would be nice also.

    You all are definitely on to something here. The ability to enter transactions from multiple sources and devices has a clear advantage. Great work and very much appreciated.
