A lot of the time I want to show the app/site to someone, how it works, its features etc. This is usually to encourage them to use the site/app themselves.

However, my income can be seen/deduced from the information shown on all main pages. I don't want people to see my income while I show them the site/app, which is why I currently avoid showing it altogether.

Therefore I suggest some sort of "Private income" mode, which can be a button or a slider or an option in the preferences page. While that is turned on, the income is not displayed anywhere. Maybe, when the page is rendered, replace the values with "Unavailable" or something similar.

This of course implies that some graphs/tables/etc. will show no values, and that's fine (in my opinion).
